Q: How much is this car worth in the USA?
1996 Toyota Supra (JZA80) 3 litre NON turbo, 70,000kms (43,000 miles), black, mint condition, totally original condition Thanks It is automatic, has factory spoilers and factory bodykit as well

A: It wouldn't be in the classifieds for one day before you had 20 calls on it. Supras go for top dollar. I'd ask $18K.

Q: Peanut butter in engine oil.?
So I have a 1996 Toyota Supra (the non-turbo one). While I was at work someone apparently got into my engine bay and put peanut butter in the oil (or so I found out after doing and oil change). What's weird is the car runs great, it feels even more powerful ( i have driven it over 5,000 miles with the peanut butter inside the crankcase) . So my questions is this..I want to add peanut butter to my oil this next oil change, but I have no idea how to find out if it was creamy or with peanuts because the engine turned most of what the person put into it into oil and a brown-ish cream. Any thoughts? It's definitely peanut butter. I tasted it (not very much, but you could definitely taste the peanut flavor: I gurantee it was Jiff) and when the hood was lifted, you could see the smeared caked-on peanut butter all over where the person obviously slopply put it into the oil-refill. At least they were nice enough to put my TRD oil cap back on.

A: The recommendation for the 2jz engines are 100% unmodified peanut oil. The reason it doesn't break down is because it's a protein based oil, not a fat based oil like corn/lard. If your driving 5,000 miles between changes, and want some more power, why not just remove the air filter too?

Q: Hi i got a car problem ?
hey guys i am 15 and i drive my car around in open fields lol well i know how to fix cars but nothing like this. i just noticed on my `Toyota Supra 1996 RWD and everytime i shift gears i hear the sound of an hyudraulic pipe pushing air at the end of my shifts if anyone knows what this is please tello me if theres somthing wrong

A: first off why are you driving a Performance car in a Field? its a hydraulic clutch, it might need to be bled. or the cylinder is going out. any supra will fetch about $1500-$2000. fix it and treasure it, they are hard to come by.

Q: Q posted in dodge and toyota.. who would win??
1979 charger R/T - 440, bored, and boosted (via super charger) to 10 psi stage 3 clutch and tranny rebuild or 1996 supra TT - inline 6, twin turbo 9psi each, 100 shot nx system unspec. tranny work, not stock from the looks of just the casing, coil over suspension both car's interior is 2 front sparco and cage, nothing unnessesary they are due to race on july 1st at atco raceway one owned by my uncle (charger) and best friend(supra) the rivalry has been raging for 3 years while they have done work.. and its finally going down now... what do you think the outcome will be?? ok for you geniuses who think a charger has any cornering ability.... its 1/4 mile

A: The charger all the way.

Q: what is a good first car?
i live in australia wat would be a good car for a 17 year old?? which one would be better?? like a 1996 1994 w.e...toyota supra?? honda civic type r?? or a shit box thats worth like $3000??

A: Supra = no-no, insurance for sports cars is very expensive. Civic Type-R = better, but Integra Type-R > Civic Type-R I'd go with either the s***box or the Integra. You'd be able to find a normal-specced Integra for that price, or there's always something like a Nissan Pulsar SSS with the 200SX's SR20DET motor in it. That's a great first car. And no matter what car you're in, be careful. Try not to wreck it, but don't buy a hunk of s*** expecting to wreck it. Get something that's in between. Good specs, but inexpensive to repair.

Q: Can the 2007 Camry v6 motor swap in 1996 Camry V6?
I am wondering what other toyota motors can be possible to swap in, such as the motors in Lexus are also toyota engines, Toyota mr2 motor can be swap far as I know, I am curious if there is a way to swap in Supra Inline 6 turbo motor could be done with automatic tranmission, I know it for RWD set up but I want to know if that can be done.

A: with enough stupidy and hammers you can make anything fit

Q: what are the pros and cons of automatic compared to manual on a toyota supra 3lt non turbo?
any other useful information on 1994 - 1996 models

A: i LOVE the supra and it would be a shame if you got an automatic- wheres the fun in driving if that-you obviously have never driven a stick shift or you wouldnt even post this question- go with the manual you will be happier

Q: Toyota Supra MK4 TT?
Can someone specify the specs for me of the mk4 supra of the non turbo and also twin turbo. In about 2 months I will be on the market of looking for a mk4 supra, in which I want the twin turbo, I have been quoted for a loan around 24k and I know that in so having if im lucky I cant get one with some decent mileage on it. Im 21 years old and am prepared to pay including insurance $900 monthly. If im not able to find a TT can I just get the NON TURBO and then converge the 2jzgte swap, if upon doing that it wouldnt be any time soon other then 3 years from now. I know that engine is one of the best but how many miles can the supra engine last on? I would really hate to get the NA-Turbo but I need a vehicle plus+ me and my wife are only sharing one vehicle to get around at this time. But I really want the TT supra, I have been looking at pics and vids of it since 1996. I HATE THE FAST AND FURIOUS FOR MAKING THERE VALUE GROW LOL. Thanks to all.Respectful LONG comments please....... I have been researching these website for the MK4 supra. autotrader.com. http://www.supratraderonline.com/, ebaymotors.com if you guys know any other good website please let me know I have found some really good deals as low as 19k for 89,684 miles for a twin turbo clean fax report and all.

A: go to toyota website, you should be able to get the specs, good luck on this car major $ for parts
