Q: Which is better a 2009 Chrysler town and country or a 2009 Toyota Sienna?
I am looking for my grandmother who has some mobility issues and lives in a small town, due to the limited selection of dealerships in town for maintenance, Honda, VW, and anything other than GM, Ford, Toyota and Chrysler is out.

A: japan stock ok American build up power

Q: Should I get a Honda Odyssey 2009 or a Toyota Sienna 2009?
i really want a sienna, but i heard a odyssey is pretty good, i want automatic doors and a small. Which one is cheaper also? I want a cheap XLE sienna or a cheap odyssey touring. thanks!

A: they are the highest rated but they are also overpriced and expensive with options. have you driven the Honda Cr-v or Pontiac Vibe/ Toyota Matrix? drive a fully loaded 7 passenger Kia Rondo priced at $18K and maybe that $24,000 Honda won't seem so great. http://autos.msn.com/research/vip/default.aspx?make=Kia&model=Rondo&state=new

Q: 2009 toyota sienna bluetooth?
I just picked up my 2009 toyota sienna xle yesterday and I am having a problem with the bluetooth connectivity to my cellphone. The guy at the dealership couldnt do it. I tried at home and this is what happened. On my phone I turned bluetooth on, I set it to discovery mode. On the car, I pressed the button, gave a name, and confirmed it. I started searching on the car and cellphone. The cellphone found an "Unknown Device". I clicked on it and put in the key that appeared on my stereo screen. The phone said pairing and about 30 seconds later it showed the "Unknown Device" i clicked on before. If I click it again and put in the code, It says, "Bluetooth Link Is Busy". And my car never finds the phone. Help!

A: Best resource if you're having trouble is the site that Toyota has set up for bluetooth questions: www.toyota.letstalk.com You can plug in your make/model of vehicle, which audio system it has and the phone model and provider and it will give you all of the step-by step instructions including if the phone is just not compatible at all. Hope this helps. Ken

Q: I am buying Toyota Sienna XLE 2009 model, but confuse the diff. between XLE n XLE AWD?
Hi...I am planing to buy Toyota Sienna 2009, XLE. But little confuse with the difference between XLE n XLE AWD. XLE is 5000 less than XLE AWD. Can someone explain which should I go for. What do you guys thing about Toyota Highlander? Does Honda has similar van too. Which one you suggest. My budget is 30,000 only. Thank you.

A: XLE AWD means, it's a van with ALL WHEEL DRIVE, so all four wheels are spinning, when u push the gas. just normal XLE is two wheel drive. AWD is overall more safe, but is unneeded unless u plan to go drive on ice, dirt, sand, snow, etc. On rough terrain, four wheel drive is very useful, but for every day driving, two wheel drive is perfectly fine, and it uses less gas. Go with the normal Sienna XLE. A normal consumer doesn't really need AWD 98% of the time, and it saves more gas. As for the Toyota Highlander, i think that it is overpriced for it's class, quality, etc. It's a good car, but i wouldn't buy it due to the price, unless there was a big sale or something. Also, vans are much more comfortable than SUVs. I own the Lexus GX 470, and on long trips and such, the Sienna proves much more comfortable to the kids. Honda does make a similar van called the odysee. I would stick with the toyota, it's quieter, and i would choose toyota over honda any day. I have owned both cars, currently i own the sienna. The odysee tended to have transmission problems and such, but so far the toyota is running great. =] The pricing is about the same between the toyota and odysee. Go with the Sienna XLE.

Q: The MSRP is $33,207...so what is a fair price for me to ask.?
It is a 2009 Toyota Sienna. What is the lowest price you think I can offer where they won't laugh in my face. I know if it was a Chevy I could just give them a $20.00 and buy the whole dealership, but it is a toyota. So i can't lowball to much.

A: You have around $2500 base price difference from the invoice to sticker on a Sienna. The options add money as well. If there are $4000 worth of accessories then knock say $3800 off of sticker that should put you near invoice less rebates. The dealers have hold back so they will still get paid. If they argue ask for the invoice and tell them you will pay $300 over it less rebates. Do not take any extra options like rust protection or other features they are just profit pads.

Q: Sienna Price drop?
we are about to get a toyota sienna but since a model/style is coming in for 2009 about how much will the price drop for 2008?

A: No sure but you can haggle for $5,000- 6000 less than the sticker in some parts of the country. You may even be able to get it for lss than that since the '09s are arriving soon.
